Join us Tuesday evening at Geraldine’s Lobby Bar inside the Hotel Van Zandt for a casual Mix & Mingle! It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, connect with fellow attendees, make new connections, and kick off the conference fun before sessions begin on Wednesday. Get ready for some Austin-style fun with the AAPL Photo Scavenger Hunt! Grab a team of conference attendees (up to 5 people per team) and explore the area in and around the Hotel Van Zandt as you complete creative photo challenges and follow themed prompts. Strike a pose, capture funny moments, and show off your team while discovering the surrounding area. Teams can upload their photos throughout the challenge, and prizes will be awarded for the most creative, hilarious, and spirited team photos. Don’t forget to share your favorites on social media and tag AAPL #25YearsofAAPL & #AAPL26 so everyone can join in the fun! The contest runs through Thursday at 7:00 PM. |

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM - Networking Reception Join us from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM for our Networking Reception following the day’s sessions. Unwind after a day filled with great education, reconnect with colleagues, and make new connections. To add to the excitement, attendees can enjoy drawings from a caricature artist, create a custom hat at the Hat Bar from Longhorn Fashions, and shop for permanent jewelry from Bonded Chains. (Both the hat bar and permanent jewelry vendors accept cash or credit card.) Join us for light appetizers and cocktails before hitting the town!

6:45 AM - Poolside Sunrise Yoga
Start your day with intention as the sun rises over the Austin skyline at our Sunrise Yoga session on the pool deck. This peaceful morning experience is designed for all skill levels and will guide you through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxing poses to help you feel energized, focused, and ready for the day ahead.
Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. We look forward to welcoming you to a relaxing and restorative sunrise experience!

7:00 PM - Optional Networking Event at The White Horse!
Get ready for an unforgettable Austin night out at The White Horse, one of the city’s most iconic Honky Tonks with live music, dancing, great food, and authentic Texas fun.
The evening kicks off with a one-hour Texas Two-Step dance lesson followed by two live bands.
Your event registration fee includes:
• $10 Bomb Taco Food Truck Voucher.
• Two drinks of your choice.
• One-hour Texas Two-Step dance lesson.
The Dance Lesson begins promptly at 7:00 PM!
WHITE HORSE EVENT REGISTRATION
Hungry? The famous Bomb Taco Truck will be on-site, serving authentic Mexican tacos and other fun late-night bites available for purchase beginning at 5:00 PM.
Guests may return to the hotel at their convenience via Uber or another rideshare service. Grab your boots and join us for a high-energy evening you won’t want to miss!
