What presenters will share:

A two‑sided 8.5 x 11 tabletop poster

• Side 1: Your liaison program model (staffing, structure, workflows)
• Side 2: Up to three innovative ideas, strategies, or program wins

What to expect:

• Tables grouped by organizational type for targeted peer connection
• Five-minute rotations that spark rapid conversation and practical insights
• A high-energy environment built for networking and actionable learning

Who should submit:

• Liaison teams from any organizational setting, health systems, specialty groups, academic centers, private practices, and more.

• Program name and organization
• Primary contact information
• A brief overview of your liaison program
• A short description of the ideas or wins you plan to highlight
