AAPL has an exciting educational program planned for 2026! Using past conference evaluations and determining needs identified by our members, the Program Committee has carefully designed a program that will appeal to Physician Liaisons nationwide.

Member Rate: $725.00
Non-Member Rate: $875 (Includes a one-year membership at a $35 discount.)
Group Rate (5+): $695
Group Rate (10+): $685
Group Rate (20+): $675

NOTE: The non-member fee is extended to healthcare professionals employed by a healthcare practice, hospital, health system, or related ancillary healthcare service who hold roles in physician liaison, networking, growth, business development, marketing, or strategic planning that directly support or represent healthcare providers. Vendors and Consultants cannot attend as non-members; please contact the AAPL office for more information on our Sponsorship Opportunities.

AAPL Discounted Room Rates

$199 per room for single/double occupancy, plus tax. The AAPL discounted hotel rate is available until Wednesday, May 20th, or until the room block is full.

Registration Cancellations: If you are not able to attend AAPL 2026, please send your written notification to Barbara Hamschin at contactAAPL@gmail.com. An administrative fee of $150 will be assessed for cancellations received by Friday, May 8, 2026. No refunds will be made for requests after May 8, 2026.
